Neil is a Senior Vice President and the National Business and Governmental Continuity Management Practice Leader at Risk Solutions International LLC. Neil has 19 years of management consulting, operational and crisis communications (management roles and responsibilities, automated message distribution systems, etc.) and systems industry experience. Prior to joining Risk Solutions International, he was the Senior Vice President of Business Continuity and Operational Risk Management at Marsh Risk Consulting and was a senior member of the leadership team for the Northeast. In that capacity, Neil specialized in practice development and business recovery planning for the higher education, banking, IT and manufacturing industries and provided assistance to clients with assessment, development, review and evaluation of corporate, manufacturing and technology disaster recovery plans. Neil was a Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Global Risk Management Solutions (GRMS) Consulting Practice where he headed the financial services sector practice for operational resiliency. He has held managerial positions at Lehman Brothers, ING Barings and TD Waterhouse. Neil received a BA in Liberal Arts from Clark University and an MBA in Finance from DePaul University. He is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP).
